Designed by XBD Collective, the interiors take their cues from contemporary European living. Oak tones, tactile stone, soft palettes and restrained detailing create homes that feel effortless rather than overdesigned. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and expansive balconies draw the horizon into everyday life. Three-metre ceilings give each room a generous, unhurried sense of space, while acoustic glazing keeps the city outside where it belongs. Layouts are quietly considered. Generous where life happens, efficient where it doesn’t. Nothing competes for attention. Everything simply feels right.

Design to Feel Different

The architecture of SOMA is shaped by its setting.

A low-rise silhouette that follows the coastline rather than competing with it. Soft, sculptural forms that take their cues from the materials of the sea. Sun-bleached stone, sand, weathered timber. Generous balconies on every home. A rooftop that turns the building’s highest point into its most social. Inside, expansive glazing and three-metre ceilings draw daylight deep into the residences and frame the horizon as part of everyday life. An intimate collection of 44 residences.
